As a caregiver with Community Solutions In-Home Care, you will:
- Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers)
- Prepare meals
- Provide companionship
- Handle light housekeeping
- Offer medication reminders
- Follow client care plans and update as needed
- Run errands and provide transportation
To be considered for a caregiver role, you should meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of 1 year of verifiable caregiving experience.
- Two references who can verify your caregiving experience.
- Valid identification and work authorization
- Active certifications (CNA, CHHA, etc.), if applicable
- Completion of Live Scan fingerprinting (or current clearance)
- Recent TB test (within the past 90 days)
- Registered as a Home Care Aide with the State (or transfer your current registration)
- Submit a resume
- Proof of a negative TB test, with costs covered for eligible candidates.
- HCA certification, if not already registered.
- Reliable means of transportation or plans to relocate before your start date.
